Job Description
We’re looking for someone to help tell Blumie’s story, build real community around it, and turn our work into ideas people actually care about. If you're motivated by working with data in a dynamic and challenging environment, we'd love to have you on our team!
Responsibilities
Brand & Thought Leadership
Help position Blumie as a reference in Data & AI for Product and Growth teams. Create content and narratives focused on how decisions are made, not feature marketing. Amplify founder and team voices with a human, non-corporate tone.
Content & Storytelling
Turn real client work into clear stories, case studies, and strong opinions. Manage and execute content across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, newsletter, and web. Optimize our presence for discoverability (including AI search).
Community & Events
Build relationships where the ecosystem actually meets: curated events, side events, and meaningful gatherings. Grow a community of PMs, growth leaders, and founders who see Blumie as a peer. Help organize our own events when it makes sense.
Growth & Impact
Attract qualified inbound leads and support light performance marketing. Help structure how brand, content, and pipeline connect (HubSpot or similar).
Employer Brand
Communicate who we are, how we work, and why great people want to build with us.
Requirements
1-3+ years of experience in brand, marketing, or community roles in B2B tech
Strong ownership and drive
Ability to speak the language of founders, PMs, marketers, and data teams
Experience organizing and executing events
Good narrative and aesthetic judgment (you dont need to be a designer)
Native or fluent Spanish; strong English skills
Based in Buenos Aires (this role requires regular in-person collaboration)
Comfortable working in a remote-first but increasingly hybrid team
